Community Support Options is a family-centered,
community-based, supported living program in Eugene, Oregon.
We provide a variety of flexible residential supports and service coordination to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
We are committed to helping individuals lead inclusive and productive lives, while working closely with families and friends to provide individually designed living arrangements and support for community activities.
